    It looks like the same card to me, it has the input attatchment dongle connected to it, where as your picture doesnt.

    I think I see the difference now,
    The HC80 is the only expresscard solution on Avermedias north american site (they dont have a canada specific location). See if you can locate the model# for the card you want, or shoot an email straight to avermedia.

    No there are two version of the Tuner. There is a Slim Version(HC81-82), which doesn't stick out. The one on the webiste is an older version(HC80).

    After some research, I've discovered the Dell sells it with their XPS 1530. Does anyone know how I can buy the part it self only?

    You have to plead with Dell over the phone to buy it separately, and even then it's probably much cheaper to buy it bundled with a new system. Unfortunately, you just want the card... Once you find out where they're selling the card, you mind telling me?
