Does any one know where can I find an all-in-one USB to IrDA+BlueTooth+serial+parallel. or just USB to IrDA+BlueTooth.

I don't think there are any all in one adapters or even a BlueTooth & IrDA USB adapter. Bluetooth is the latest technology that uses radio signal & IrDA requires line of site, therefore this will kinda eliminate the advantages of bluetooth. I know you can get one of each adapter & also a USB powered hub so you can get everything working together.

The serial and parallel you should be able to find together, but in PC-Card form factor. The IR and Bluetooth will be seperate as they are different technologies. Is their a specific task you're trying to accomplish?
