Hi all,
I'm planning to get a Razer mouse. Confuse with the choices in Newegg.

Buy from newegg, and I recommend the Diamondback 3G or the deathadder -

What is your price range?
I'm a huge fan of the Copperhead and similar styles, like the Diamondback 3G, but definitely consider the DeathAdder. You can't go wrong with any of those three. I have owned both the Copperhead and the Diamondback, I liked the Copperhead better. I didn't have the Diamondback 3G however, but the original.
I currently use a Razer Boomslang CE 2007:

All of them are within my price range. I read some reviews over the net and wiki and found out that Lachesis is the newest and most advance of all.
This review is pretty interesting http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=article&item=razer_lachesis&num=2

I own a Razer Lachesis and so far it is awesome, it takes some time to get used to the 4,000 DPI sensibility, but it is really worth it because you can move your pointer / crosshair at "uber-speed" and with extreme accuracy as well, it has a good size and it "glides" on any good mousepad, even those that they sell in 1 dollar stores, the buttons on the sides can be pressed somewhat easily sometimes, especially if you are in middle of something loaded with action, and you use a claw-grip to move the mouse.
The software that comes with the mouse lets you customize it really well, although the mouse can seem "jumpy", but that can be fixed with a firmware updated from the Razer downloads site.
The rubber coat on the mouse gives a good grip, but if you tend to have sweaty hands, it gets stained really easily, it has a 7 ft non-tangle cord, and it is really non-tangle, the gold plated USB plug looks nice and it provides a reliable connection to the PC. -
Easy.
Steelseries Ikari.
I just got mine today which was on special order for the last month. It is awesome! Using it on my quad desktop, tho'. I'm happy with the G9 for the lappy.
Bye-bye Logitech*. Bye-bye Razer. Bye-bye Microsoft.
(*)- Well, maybe not to the G9.Last edited by a moderator: May 8, 2015 -
If you are dead-set on Razer mice only, then I'd recommend the Death Adder if you like a comfortable ergo shape. I purchased the Lachesis as well, but its wedge shaped design makes the mouse shoot out of my hand every time I press the front side buttons.
If you want another option, then check out the Ikari Steel Series Laser -- it is the best mouse I've seen to date (and I have purchased a lot of them). It can function driverless since all settings are handled by the mouse hardware, and its comfortable ergo-shape lets me use it for hours without any hand fatigue.
