Recently purchased a dell xps15. I would like a nice sleeve and bag for my laptop.

I have been thinking about the following bags for carry on type duties and travel.

Slappa Kampus, Slappa Stovepipe, Timbuk2 H.A.L.

I have also been looking at some Booq messenger bags for work (feel they are more professional). mainly the Taipan shadow. Also been looking at some timbuk2 messengers like the quickie.

Anyone have any thoughts on these bags? Are the slappa bags top quality? I can't find exactly how big they are, whereas I know the HAL is 33L.

As for sleeves I don't really have any in mind so any recommendations would be helpful. Thanks for your time and help.

Dell is having a clearance sale on their 5 dot line of laptop sleeves, normally $20+shipping they're on sale for $4+free shipping, I just ordered one today. Even though they aren't neoprene, for four bucks who is complaining, you really cant go wrong.

Yeah, I think they are cleaning up their stockage on the 5Dot line. If you were to purchase one, I can vouch they are of good, durable quality. I have 2 of them.

If, you are looking for a backpack, you may want to check this at buy.com

I actually ordered two of the sleeves, the eco lite and the connect. Figured for 9 dollars why not? Then I can pick the better of the two. Sucks that the bags are all gone but there were reports on slick deals of people buying 30 at a time. I guess 1 or 2 wasn't sufficient.

Thanks for the link, I will check that bag out!

Cool! I picked up one for old netbook!

:ee: There is nothing good about deal hoarders! Those kind of people tend to ruin it for those just wanting to purchase one.. :(

Oh I think you would like that bag if you chek it out :)
