Which is the best gaming mouse available according to you guys and why?

You might want to go to your local computer store to try out a few...I had a MX 510 (same shape as G5) two years ago and it was very nice.
I now have a Razer Diamondback...not as comfortable for daily tasks but very nice for gaming. I am considering now a Razer Deathadder -
goto woot.com razor diamonbacks for 15 dollars

this has been discussed several times..
i think currently the best gaming mouse right now is the logitech G5.
feels and looks great, high quality, feels beefy, adjustable sensitivity, can kill more in FPS than my old MX510, comfortable, feels grippy, textured surface great for sweaty palm, well... the lot! -

I've used the G5 for ages really nice.

thanks for reply guys
one more query(just curious to know): which gaming mouse has the highest dpi? -
The Razer Copperhead is the bst gaming mouse out there,,....simply fabulous

razer deathadder because it feels damn good in your hands. i used it for about a month and then went back to my g7 just for kicks. oh boy. the g7 felt so inferior to the deathadder. go try it out at a store if you can.

I have both the G5 and the Sidewinder from Microsoft. I have to say that the Sidewinder is really nice. For one its great for people who like the feel of a big mouse and it also has three built in DPI settings like the G5. Don't get me wrong the G5 is lovely and I still use it for my laptop but I really like the Sidenwinder. I suggest you go to a store and check out some mice to see whats best for you

100% agree with that! I tried it out for about 10min playing css...very comfy mousemore of a ''everyday'' mouse than the rest of the razer range i think
