Hey guys,
After seeing some HP monitors, I've decided thats the company that I want to go with. So that leaves me with a few options. Each have the same specs besides what I list...
1) HP 2311x - $200- 23inch, LED
2) HP 2509m- $243- 25inch, no LED
3) HP 2511x- $297- 25inch, LED
Now, I would like the monitor to be as big as possible, but I am not sure if going with LED is worth the price difference. Does LED make that much of a difference? Im really tempted to go with the $243 25 inch, but it isn't LED. Would it be better to get the 23inch LED one?
What would you all do if you were in my shoes?
Thanks!

LEDs = much nicer than CCFL - at least for laptops, and the monitors at university aren't that nice - I'm sure they are all non-LED.
I think I'd definitely go for LED - if just for reliability. -
LED for reliability and picture quality, and I'd stick with the 23" its big enough.

led back light isn't a huge improvement in a desktop monitor, compared to laptop. and an extra inch or two makes little difference, you're looking at 17% more viewing space on a 25 vs a 23. the difference is even less in 24 vs 25.
picture quality is the top priority imo. -
3) HP 2511x- $297- 25inch, LED

no. 1
LED ftw!
Which monitor would YOU choose?
