i am planning on changing the HDD on my laptop (vaio Z) and was wondering what kind of screwdriver i need.. does anyone know a good and cheap toolkit that i can buy?
i googled and couldnt find anything specific for laptops, i assume the screws on laptops are smaller than on normal PC's.. (correct me if im wrong)..
i read that i could get a "Cyber Tool" (a swiss knife with loads of tools inside), would it work? or do laptops require smaller scredrivers?
thank you

you need a 1/8" phillips and flat head screwdriver for a start.
Than after that, you should look for a small TORX kit. The main laptop size is T3-T10, but generally T6 is the size used.
A good soldering iron is also good to have, but you will not need it for a laptop swap.
You only need the phillips and flathead screwdrivers for this harddrive swap.
Dont buy anything from radioshack, their quality is beyond low.
Any decent hardware store will have the small 1/8" screwdrivers I am referring you to.
They are usually like $2-3 a screwdriver.
I bought mine at a local hardware store, cause I dont support Home Depot.
