    I have this. Very useful / practical design. Holds my mouse, extra battery, and phone all at hands reach

    What kind of person or place could make me something with the above ergonomic design, pockets, and straps but

    - More friendly looking (unfortunately now it looks like a biker or swat's team guy accessory- not friendly at all! )
    - Loops for pencils in the front
    - Probably a lighter color like light grey or medium grey
    - Not sure how to make it look friendlier (maybe make it look more like a gardener or carpenter's accessory? Make light grey colored with a picture of a plant or flower on it)

    What kind person could help me? Or very least help me attach some pencil loops?

    Let's say you wanted to find someone in the DC or San Francisco or Boston areas.

    I like it but basically want to make it look friendlier. There are other holster bags that are brown leather but don't have as many pockets/good design/practical design
