Hi, got a vx nano receiver. Saw refurbished m950 on ebay but without the receiver. Just asking those with these 2 mice, whether can I use the m950 with the vx nano receiver? Thanks.

It will work, the unifying receiver is generic. I use my M950 with the unifying receiver from another pc which I had an from vx nano and it does still work. It's only different if you talking about G700.

VX nano doesn't use unifying receiver. AnywhereMX does.

ok, mine is an anywhere mx. Anyways, as long as you can get an unifying receiver from anywhere it will work.

It looks like the Logitech M905 and M950 are the Australian product codes for what is called the Logitech AnywhereMX and Logitech Performance MX mice here in the US.

Those mice both use the Logitech Unifying receiver, which you can buy separately from the mice for a few dollars. As long as you have a Logitech Unifying receiver, it will work with any Logitech M905 or Logitech M950.

When you get the Unifying receiver, you will need to run a small software utility to "pair" the mouse with the receiver - a small and simple step, but worth noting so that you don't tear your hair out wondering why your new mouse still won't work even after you get the receiver.

    yea, for those who wondering,

No, you can't use 1 mouse simultaneously on 2 or more computers/notebooks with unifying receiver plugged in on each.. lol
