I'm not sure I understand the question, but as I see it, there are no issues with Windows Median (WM) in W7. WM specifies a tv signal--whether it be from antenna or cable (usb, card, or otherwise) carries no special distinction.

The only distinction I see is where you might mix analogue with digital. As it can only control one analogue signal.

EDIT: Okay then, now I see what you mean. There have been operational/compatibility issue with this tuner and W7.

Yeah a lot of these devices don't work under Windows 7 or Win 7 x64. I was wondering if this one is any better.

    DVB-T

Yes I think I'm better off spending a bit more for Hauppauge.

I just bought a Hauppauge about an hour ago. I am in the states so ATSC. All installed fine am watching HD. Still have much to learn but good so far. When I read reviews of even Pinnicale read about W7 issues. I have none and the specs system requirements said W7 32 and 64 compatible.

I bought the 950Q. I am in no way saying this is good or bad I just am so new I can't say. But so far so good. It looks like I could watch one show and record a second. Or even record two at the same time.

Not on topic but Phil I am playing with the same things you are thinking about. And just starting.

Yes that one you linked scares me. Just too cheap/low cost?
