    its so simple. open the notebook. look right above the keys on the right side you will notice a small notch where the plastic containing the power switch meets the housing. using a small plastic pry tool (those plastic dental floss sticks work very well also if you cut a bit of it away till its a bit thicker) slide that under that notch and slowly pry upwards. once you unsnap that corner slowly and gently slide the tool around the edge working all the way down till the whole thing pops up. once you lift that up; the spot for it is right there. plug it and and replace the cover and install drivers from dell.com
