I am about to buy a desk for my home office. The keyboard drawer is 24.5" wide. I am looking for a wireless keyboard and mouse combo that will fit comfortably. Other than being wireless, my only other real requirement is that the keyboard must have a number pad. So it really boils down to, what's the smallest full-sized keyboard available. I'll even by the mouse separately if that helps.

    Thanks.

Great, at 15.8" that should leave enough room for mouse roaming. If anyone else has used any others of similar width, I'd be interested in checking those out too.

Crap... searching around, looks like you may have a bit of trouble finding that sucker. The new model has really expanded the footprint to 20".

You might look into the Logitech K340 keyboard, or the mk605 combo kit that has a mouse and that keyboard.

I second this, Logitech Wireless Keyboard K340 $45 its saves space thru having the arrows/del/home,etc placed in not so usual spots. If you go for that keyboard, i would probably go with a mouse that has Logitech Unifying receiver (so you just use 1 usb for both) like Logitech Marathon Mouse M705 $49, specially since it claims 3 years battery life, so both item will last in theory 3 years, i doubt that much, but probably a lot.
