Argh, can't decide between Logitech's di Novo wireless combo and the MX 3000 combo...anybody have any experience with either? I'm looking for range on the keyboard and range, tracking and features on the mouse...

Any other suggestions are welcome too....

    thanks

I have the MX3100 and I LOVE it. The mouse is perfect -- great shape/feel, many buttons. I like the keyboard, too. I've never really tested the range, I'm usually within 5 feet of my receiver. I honestly can't imagine using a different mouse though. I highly, highly reccomend it.

I found the DiNovo cool but the keyboard wasn't that good. It's hard to explain, perhaps if you haven't already, try it out at a local B&M store. Or go for the MX1000 one.

    other possibilities:

I got the S510 combo from Logitech, great lower-cost keyboard and mouse. nothing too fancy on the mouse, but very smooth. keyboard is excellent, low-profile but comfortable to type on all day.

Thanks all...i still can't make up my mind, I think I need to go to the store and try some things out. I think I may like the di novo keyboard (i want smaller, laptop type wireless keyboard, it helps my type more quickly) but a better mouse than comes with it -- like the mouse that comes with the mx3000 (for which the keyboard seems a bit bigger than I want...

Anyone know of a slimmer, di novo type wireless keyboard (the design doesn't have to be as pretty) out there? There's a kensington I saw and liked, but it's not wireless...

    thanks..
