    Wireless USB Hub?

    OK well i heard some people talking about this so my question is there a usb hub that is wireless so say im sitting on my bed i can access these usb devices plug into an power adapter while the usb hub is on the desk anyone heard of anything like this?

    Yes it does exist but it is said that your notebook must (for now) support it nativly. It is also new and buggy. It has poor transfer rates, lag, power issues etc.

    i'm sure it has a handshaking protocol....
    otherwise ur neighbors could also see ur wireless mouse/keyboard and find ur cc numbers too.... <--- actually, anyone can build a receiver to track ur keyboard keystrokes if you like.... thats why i dont really like wireless keyboards...

    i woudln't use the WUSB technology anytime soon... expenseive, buggy, slow, not worth the cost...

    I agree, just get a longer cord. You'll save yourself a lot money, and a lot of headaches.
