I am looking to purchase a mouse for my Asus eee pc 1001p.

What type of mouse would put the least stress on the battery? Wireless, bluetooth or wired?

Both wireless and bluetooth would require a USB dongle.

Probably a wireless mouse. Bluetooth uses a fair bit of power, even though it's standardized.
