I have a Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch CTH-460 tablet and cannot get the "Start inking" option to work in Word 2007. The icon in quick access toolbar is greyed out.

I've tried reinstalling drivers, new ones/ the ones from the CD and nothing helped.

    How can i fix this?

Inking is only for Tablet PC's. A regular PC with a Wacom is not treated as a Tablet PC. There might be a workaround - google it.

Alright I got it. Needed to start the service "Tablet PC" and it works fine now.
