    Hey guys,

I just bought this cooler the other day and I was wondering if it is normal that more air is supposed to come out of the left side of the vents than the right side? I can actually feel the air blowing out of the left side when I put my hand over it and on the right side you can only feel a slight breeze. It just so happens to be that the right side of my laptop is where the vents are so that's why I'm skeptical. Any ideas?

    Thanks

No this is not normal, this has happend once in the past. Contact the vendor and ask for a replacement.

Hmm, its wierd though because it sounds like the fans are running at the same speed and the same amount of air is coming out from under the cooler. Maybe something is being blocked inside?

No that is very unlikely as stated previously there was another person with the same issue a while back. There was nothing to do but exchange it
