Zune Halo 3 edition...

What do you guys think about the Zune Halo 3 edition...are you guys going to get this...any have anyone heard anything new about the new generation of Zunes. Anyone think this can be good competition versus the Ipod?

I'm hoping I can get this, I had an iPod before but it got stolen. I was very happy with it but I wanna try something new.
I haven't heard any details on the 2nd Gen Zune, except that it isn't too far off. From what I've heard they could be good competition with a few fixes and improvements. One main problem with the Zune, is that so many people are already iPod customers, and have spent a lot of money in iTunes.

 

I agree...I'm just kinda worried that when i buy the Zune halo edition and then the new generation comes out like 2 months later...i would be mad if i was missing those improvements that would be making the Zune a whole lot better than it is now. But i do think the Zune has some very interesting ideas to its mp3 player. So hopefully it can give apple competition, since competition is better for all of us in the long run.

 

i have a zune, black, and i love it, way better than my old ipod. as for the halo edition zune, its a pretty ok idea but i dont like the designs on it at all, i'd rather get a regular zune

 

What is so special about a different colour Zune? If your tryin to show others that you have halo 3 who really cares. Millions of others have it too.

 

Im all for getting a Zune, but I'd definitely wait for 2nd Gen.

Having Halo Graphics doesn't mean a thing, cept some people may like it. It also comes with the soundtracks to the previous games, artwork and etc. pre-loaded onto it.

hmm i wonder what kind of exciting surprises MS is gonna be implementing in the newer gen of Zune.

 

also i just really like the backgrounds of halo for the Zune, anyone might know where i can get backgrounds for zune like that so i can wait for the next gen one.
