I ordered 2 pairs of Logitech G35's on recetly. One without a coupon, another with. The first one I forgot I had a coupon, so I ordered both and tried to cancel the other one.
I ordered one night, so next morning I call up Logitech and ask them to cancel this one order. They say Ok. 1-2 days later, I check shipping, both are going out. So I call back and ask them, they say ok we see that, we'll try to cancel one. If we can't, we'll call you back.
Again, I check, it's still in transit to me, at least both of them. And I didn't get any call backs.
I check 2 days ago and see it's getting here soon, so I was like meh if they get here, I'll just take both of them. I still called Logitech though and asked what was going on? They said yeah, sorry about that, and just said to refuse shipping on one of them or call in Logitech for a return. So I was like ok... fine.
The shipping was expected today, it arrived in MY area today, so I'm like alright, cool, I finally get them to use them.
Then I just got a phone call telling me that actually both were intercepted right as they got in to my area. Wow. So they are asking me if I want to cancel both orders and cancel one and keep the other, but they are going to have to send a different batch, so it's going to take about a week to get here even with next day shipping. Now I am just frustrated with them and told them I'd call back with a decision, but I don't know anymore. I asked if I could get my 25% coupon back, they said no, we can just get you your headphones back for the same price.

I called and asked for a supervisor and was able to get 2 headphones for the price of the more expensive one with expedited shipping... They said they would credit me back the cheaper one and that I should expect the processing by 2 weeks and for it to show up on my credit card statement in 2 months... 2 months? How will I even know..

I got my credit back for one pair but:
I realized I never got a order number or any type of tracking for shipping and I was also expecting the headsets today, since the person told me at most by Friday since it takes 1-3 days to process at logitech and the 1 day for the overnight shipping offered.
I called in and asked about it, but apparently there's a lot of confusion over my case. I was simply asking if there was any tracking? The rep told me that they actually shipped 2 headsets out by ground shipping... so I was wondering why? Was I lied to yet again? He told me he could change it to expedited shipping and I say sure...
Later I remember I forgot to ask for order number/shipping again, so I just called. This time, this person was very confused with my order, saying only 1 headset was shipped via ground then a rep canceled that and shipped 2 via expedited shipping, but it will take 1-3 days processing, so I should expect it by next week. So... I was basically lied to about overnight shipping?
My god this is terrible unneeded stress and frustration
