analog tv/fm card URGENT!

HI!
I have big problem,my sister is returning from usa with laptop for me(gatewy P-6831fx) and she need to buy me tv card. problem is that here in europe are different analog(pal/secam instead ntcs) and digital(dvb-t instead atsc) standards,so its very hard to find some worldwide analog or even more harder hybrid tv tuners in usa. My future tv car must be express Card 54/usb interface (my notebook support both) and must have fm tuner as well. there is still no digital tv in my country(montenegro) so it's not necesery to be hybrid one,but it must support pal and have fm. price rang up to 90buks

 

Time-shifting and TV Schedule Recording options also is necesery

About the recording ability, your laptop comes with media center that aldready has that function built-in.

I don't think that it'll work... It's atsc compliant meaning that it was made for the us market and the fact that it doesn't include pal anywhere save for the adapter seem to confirm that... Are you sure you don't have access to it?

in montenegro we hawe digital tv via wi-max or cable but not over air,in usa all become digital in 2009,here until 2012
