i bought this laptop cooler today for 12 bucks. msrp originally was 35 dollars at frys in houston, tx. i noticed it retails for 25 to 35 dollars at other retailers. for the 12 bucks, it does it job admirably. i bought it to lower my gpu temps and that it did. on the low setting my temps went down about 5 degrees from 74. on the high setting it went down about 9 degrees from 74. i like it very much as i don't have use for a standard lap laptop cooler. this cooler is designed for desk/table use and portability. it also raises the back of your laptop and in doing so makes the keyboard more accessible/viewable. out of all the notebook coolers i've played with, this one definitely has the best airflow. one thing you'll notice about the airflow is it's offset. if you have it placed under your laptop the standard way, you'll notice the airflow going to your left side. this might be a problem for some people's laptops.

i'm not much of a reviewer and could elaborate some more but i'm tired right now. i will conclude that if you don't need a standard laptop cooler, you know, one that you can use in your lap when on a plane or such this is highly recommended especially if you can find it for 20 bucks or cheaper. any higher than that and i guess you and your wallet will have to use some discretion.
