    Hi

    i am looking for a 17" laptop bag for a samsung m40
    anyone got any ideas, i would like it to be casual looking (messenger bag preferably)

    The easiest way I've found to find the bag that is right for you is to head over to circuit city or best buy if possible and have them to put a similar notebook into different bags to see which one suits you best while offering the best protection and storage for your laptop.

    I use the Timbuk2 bags for all of my rigs. The following link shows the one, which I use for my Apple 17" G4 and my Dell I8600. I use the smaller one for my 14" rigs. They protect my rigs very well and afford lots of storge space for accessories, dics, paperwork, etc.

    Yeah, that may or may not be a problem, you'd have to contact them. Crumpler also makes a backpack for 17" displays, it's called the Team Player.
