hi. i have THREE microsoft wireless mice, the small ones i think 3000 and 5000 series. the thing that i don't understand is that i don't see where it says "bluetooth" but i do have this usb receiver... but i don't think it's Infrared since it's not in line of sight.

does anyone know what technology are they using that communicates my mouse to the receiver?

I'm not familiar with those mice, but it's probably RF wireless. Right now bluetooth mice are a small minority out of all wireless mice.
