    i have half a year left on my g1s warranty, and my mouse is dying on me, anyone know if the mx518 that came with the g1s is covered?

    hmmm not sure, it might be the laptop that's just covered. I would call the company to make sure

    how is it dying?

    I actually have the same mouse.

    Its actually a re-branded Logitech MX518.... so its warranty should be through both ASUS and Logitech.

    AFAIK, the warranty on anything besides the laptop is usually only 1 year.
