    I need a cheap backpack(around 30 or less) for 18.4" Qosmio laptop. Any suggestions?

    My laptop is : 17.4” x 11.6” x 1.63”
    Would a bag that has 18.5H fit?

    I'll advised, since any backpack that could hold a laptop that size would fall apart in a short time under the weight and stress. Be prepared to spend at least twice that much for a decent backpack. The Targus XL will hold it but it's a honking back pack and not for the faint of heart. If you only carry the laptop, it should hold up quite well--though it's not very comfortable for more than a short time.
