hi
i posted at the end of another thread, but replies dried up on that, so im posting a new thread, sorry...
i bought a wireless mighty mouse for my sony vaio (SZ 780), and yes it works fine on XP. the only problem is that each time the connection is lost (when i reboot or turn the mouse off n back on), i need to manually add the mouse again, using add a device on the bluetooth menu. it takes just about 20seconds but its a still a pain. shouldnt there be some way of making it autoconnect? the mouse is on, the laptops bluetooth turns on when i boot, so wats the problem? a friend of mine advised me to use the bluetooth config menu to check the port on which it runs n try to do something, but he wasnt sure either..maybe one of u guys can help me out? thanks

is this the wrong topic im posting under? maybe i'll try networking or something, i usually get plenty of replies in a day lol..
anyway, just in case someone's reading this, i now have a weirder problem: under my bluetooth configuration, under local services, i set the Bluetooth Serial port to start up automatically..and now when i reboot my comp, the mouse actually moves....but weirdly, nothing happens when i click! its really frustrating, being so close but not having it work..any ideas? -
its working...how do i delete this thread?
