Have you tried calling them to follow-up on your order?

err 11 days, if talking all days and strictly not business days, is normal. you have to consider the kind of shipping you chose, where you live and where they're located, and when they actually shipped the product, cuz not all companies can ship a product within the same day an order is made; they need to get confirmation that the money is actually with them, confirm the product that you ordered several times and make sure everything is good and set before they ship it.

11 days ??? wow that's a long day for me, helldemon was right, you must know exactly what kind of shipping you use.

only as a suggestion, be careful when choose laptop battery. The wrong type can make your laptop blow up while using it or in standby mode.
