I have an hp nc6000 and using 2 19 inch lcds with it when its docked. I have two multisync 1980sxi monitors that both pivot 90 degrees to portrait mode. I would like to put one in portrait mode to use for word and internet. How do i get the image on the screen to rotate with the monitor? Im using vista ultimate if it matters.

What video card? I know that you can do a 90 rotation in the NVidia drivers.
-
Newer video cards usually have this function built into the Control Center application for the video card. If you've only installed the bare video drivers, look for additional support applications. Otherwise you can run PivotPro ( www.portrait.com) or similar to do the rotation.
Good luck. -

If you have an ATI card, you can download ATI tools, which allows you to do a variety of cool things, including rotating the screen.

I'm pretty sure you can do it through windows display properties too. I remember someone at work doing it by accident once and fixing it that way.
