I have a SteelSeries QcK Mini mouse pad. It's made of cloth, and I need to clean it. There are some white marks on it that I want to get rid of. How do you guys clean your mouse pads?
-
Toss it in the laundry? Id think these pads are durable enough.
-
I don't have the guts to do that. It might be a cheap mousepad, but if it's ruined, then I have to use a crappy free one from the bank
-
i also have a cheap mouse pad and i just put either some alcohol, or water on a piece of clothe and wipe it down. But sometimes i have to go over it more than once.
-
Just hand wash it with a mild clothes detergent.
-
I put it under running water, suds it up real well with whatever soap you want, wring it out, and let it dry. Been doing this about twice a year for about 4 years on my current mousepad. Just make sure it is completely dry before placing it back on your wood desk. lol

haha ok I'll do that. Thanks

I've done the dishwasher, (remove before drying cycle) or soap and water in the sink. Doesn't seem to hurt them.
-
hmm, i wonder what the white marks are
-
hahaha I'm assuming you're speaking of innuendos? Anyways no. It was a combination of talcum powder and dead skin.
I tried out handwashing with dish soap. It worked out well. thanks
I would have tried the dishwasher, but seeing as I don't have one, it would be kind of hard to test it out -

Get it dry cleaned.

I just buy a box of mouse pads from the dollar store and replace as needed.

If you put it in the wash, it might remove the 'magical fibers' gaming pads use to make you l33t
