There is the picture of the lappy im gonna buy, so I want to get a cooling pad to prevent it from overheating if it may occur. MSI GX700 @ 17"

im going for this model, do you think it will be a good cooling pad?
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834999336

If not, suggest me other cooling pads (preferably from newegg, and tops $20) that might do a good job.

Also, I wanted to get a sleeve, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834990100
I think it will be ok, but the Zipper might ruin the lappy, so if you have a better suggestion, im open for it (it might not be from newegg, so itll be ok, just keep in mind it cannot go beyond $25)
I wanted a sleeve somewhat like this one:

But Case Logic doesnt create that model for 17" laptops.

I just got a NC2000 and very happy with it, nice and quiet but still powerful.

That cooler is okay. but its cheap and wont do any big temp drops.

If you are willing to raise your budget, look at the Aeolus CP001 (review in signature) or the NZXT Cyro LX. Also Zalman NC2000. They are much better coolers.

Or if you're up for it, build your own. You can place the fan exactly where you want it.

COMPLETELY false, build quality is quite high on it. High enough to withstand hitting it on a tree.

Also completely false, if you knew how notebook coolers work its all about fan layout and noise preference.

Basically there are a few coolers that could work but none will work perfect for your system so it is which ever one you want. The Zalman NC2000 you would have to slide it down a bit (almost every notebook on the Zalman has to), The NZXT Cryo LX would hit most if not all the vents but may be rather noisy, The enermax aeolus you would have to off set it so that it sits to one side more than the other. The bytecc you posted is quite generic, if you are on such a tight budget as 20$ I recommend you do something similar to this :

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=286894

Should be the most effective possible by quite a bit.

The case you posted should protect against scratches but falls would not fair well. I do know someone who uses that sleeve but carries it in a bag it was quite nice quality for the price. This zipper should not cause issues, usually if you buy cheap generic relabeled ones you will run into issues.

Ive had a couple of those small two fan coolers. One very simmilar to this one. They are better than nothing, but nothing spectacular. But that was my experience.

can you link me to where can I buy those laptop coolers?
Plus, they seem quite expensive, and my budget is REALLY tight, I might push extra 5 bucks on the budget i've said above, but further i cannot. :/

Sadly, They arent in your budget. :(

    The Zalman NC2000 is ~$40
    NZXT Cryo LX is ~$60
    Enermax Aeolus is ~$50

So, for your budget, that cooler is your best bet.

u have to also keep in mind that, 2 fans, in 2 different coolers could have different air-channeling capabilities. perfect example would be the 3 that u named.

    - cryo LX: (3) 120mm fans that just produce plain old CFM's.
    - nc1000/2000: "tunnel/channel-like" airflow.
    - np infinite: all-around/circulation-type airflow.

it sounds like budget is playin a big factor in yur purchase decision. if u are mildly tech-savy then a homemade cooler, like x2p recommended, could be a great choice.
