I'm stuck with carrying TWO laptops around on a trip next week. Fedex/UPS isn't an option. I'll be lugging them through airports and all around town, so it needs to be small enough to be carry-on luggage, yet big enough to hold the two laptops (14" thinkpad, 15.4" compal), their power-bricks, and a few assorted odds and ends. Wheels would be real nice!

    Anyone make such a thing?

I picked the Pegasus by Wenger, because the reviews said it fit a 15.4 and a 17 incher in it together very comfortably.

    Not wheeled, though.

Try the Endo from Spire USA...it has a built in compartment for 1 laptop, and you can buy an extra padded sleeve for the 2nd laptop.

just make sure you know the pegasus does not fit all 17" notebooks. ive read many reviews where a lot of 17's did not fit in there

Lenovo Expander case works well, although it might not work with your 15.4 widescreen depending on its dimensions.

i'd recommend a tumi carry case if money is no option or something by oakley or ogio, both have a range of laptop carry cases and even backpacks with separate compartments.

I'm, yet to make my mind up but I have until next semester to decide

Got the Pegasus by Wenger from NewEgg... The thinkpad just fits in the smaller front pouch, and the ifl-90 has plenty of room in the larger rear pouch. It's plenty heavy with both laptops in it, but the pack seems plenty sturdy. Doesn't look like I'll need a 'sleeve' or anything to protect them, both pouches look well cushioned. The only thing I'm worried about it is my back! Though I'm thinking since it's an actual backpack, not a briefcase style bag, it won't be too bad.

    > I recommend something with wheels!

Well, after carting the two rather heavy laptops through O'Hare (with lots of delays due to wind) on my layover, I can also heartily recommend something with wheels.
