i want BASS in my music, and my laptop doesnt have any.
But i dont want to buy external speakers because that would be too bulky to carry around speakers AND the bass.

I want to be able to use the speakers on the laptop with an external bass.

maybe the bass would be powered via USB since it shouldn't go in the headphone jack, as the bass speaker would not be able to play actual sounds, but only bass.

any products like this? or is it impossible

get some good high end earbuds or headphones, thats going to be the only portable solution.

You wont "feel" the bass but you can hear it, and no dinky usb powered speaker is going to let you feel it ether, you need a dedicated subwoofer.

there are some headphones that are designed with bass in mind. I use a set of vModa Vibe II's with my iPhone, and they have a very bass-heavy sound profile. you won't get portability and sound out of anything else but headphones with good passive sound isolation.

I've never came across a sub like how you have described. Some 2.1 systems require that you have the speakers hooked up or nothing will work, some will work without the speakers hooked up, but they pretty much all use your headphone port. And you'd have to plug them all into the wall for power, because subwoofers use over 100watts easy.

I agree with the headphone recommendation. If you want something cheaper, look for the SkullCandy Smokin' buds at Amazon or best buy for about 15-20 bucks.
