i need to get a notebook sleeve for my 14" W3j, since its just been knockin around in my backpack and has a disproportionate amount of wear at the moment.

i dont know where to look for reviews of something so trivial so i figured some people might have one they could reccomend.

If possible i want to find one with sturdy sides so that i can put the laptop on top of it when im using it on my lap

I use Shinza zeroshock sleeves. My first is one is 2+ years old and is finally showing wear (was used every day) as the stitching is comming undone in a corner. I have one for my tablet now and no troubles. The padding is still good and has retained its shape.

Ive heard thier CS isnt the best but that happens alot, but myself I have had no issues (never had to call thier CS for anything.)

My first one I recieved a few days after ordering, my second was out of stock and took 2 weeks to get.

the waterfield sleevecase is a nice sleeve. i did a review of it. just search for it in the reviews forum if you want more information. for semi-rigid cases, you could check out the tom bihn brain cell or the booq sleeve.
