Hi I recently purchased a motorola ht820 and im jus wandering if I recieved a defective product.... To sum it up I have a dell E1705 w/ bluetooth and a logitech v270 that works just fine. When I connected my ht820 my mouse started to move really slow so I reconnected the mice and it worked fine after that but the headphone looses signal with in just a couple of feet and connects back in when I get closer to my laptop. I was under the impression that this device has a range of 30 feet but I looses signal just a foot away, do I need to change my bluetooth driver to make this device work???

oh by the way the forward, reverse, and pause does not seem to work on windows media player

My Ht820 seems to have issues when using other bluetooth peripherals at the same time. kinda disappointing.

how does it work when not using the mouse?
