Hey! I just came across the iSkin thing that you put over your key board. Was wondering if yall had this? Does it work well or is it uncomfortable when you type. The advertisements sound good but that is how they are saposed to sound lol. Just wanted to ask some people who had it what their review on it was ! ;) There are three colors. Is the blue and pink easy to see?

Some might say a silicone cover like this is kind of overkill for protecting a product (your keyboard) that's designed to be touched for use all the time.

However, having gotten one unexpectedly (and for free), I gave it a try. Now, mine is not the iSkin brand, so your mileage may vary slightly, but in general I have to say I like my flexible keyboard cover...it induces no problems typing and is washable/reusable. I can already see where smudgy fingers have hit it and am glad that gunk is not getting onto/under my keys. A little overkill on the protective end? Perhaps. But it's a pretty low-cost and low-commitment thing to try with your notebook computer. The one annoyance is that it can slide around a bit from side to side--there's no glue holding it down, just the molded forms of the keys + gravity--so sometimes a swish of the hands can move it off its station. That usually happens when I'm carelessly reaching across the keyboard to grab a mouse or something, though, not when I've got my fingers in home position to type.

From the pictures, I'd guess the colored skins are easy enough to see through.

Hey! thanks so much for your reply! I did decide to get one. Even though I think I would never spill anything on my computer you can never be to sure. Especially when you are eating things somehow manage to get on that key board. Hopefully I made the right decision! have heard lots of good reviews so that made me go ahead with it. thanks again!
