Has anyone used any of these products as an all in one power source. For wall, auto, air. And also powering cell phones, digital cameras etc. at the same time while you are charging your notebook. I have read some review on amazon.com and the reviewers don't have very nice things to say about iGo. I am looking to cut down on all the chargers I need to carry around.

    VGN-S270P 2.0, 1gig, 80(5400)HD, 9700 ATI, wireless, bluetooth

I spent a ton of money on my portable devices. Why would I ever use a non-OEM charger? If anything goes wrong, my warrenty will be voided.

I keep on thinking about an old portable tape player I had years ago. My car didn't have a tape player. I used the portable to listen to tapes in my car. I got tired of feeding it batteries and bougt a third-party battery adaptor. One day, the tape player started playing double speed. The adaptor had stopped regulating the voltage. The full car battery voltage was being applied to the tape player, which was designed to run off 3 V. It's a small miracle the tape player wasn't ruined. I never again used a third party charger.

go to harbor freight, get an inverter that pumps out 4x the watts at 1/3rd the price of the ones you see in the 'tech stores', a friend picked one up yesterday, a Coleman, 400 watt, $30.

and yes, they have decent circuitry in them, I've been using one for just about 2 years now, same thing but a 700 watt one i got from HF for $40.

Do a search for iGo, that question has been asked recently.
