    yeah I would get the synergy, the 2nd link you posted looks like one of their old models a few years back, but cant say for sure, i use the synergy and its amazing!! loads of space, billions of zippers for everything and anything needed, couldnt ask for a better bag :) should fit your laptop easily, the stuff i put in that bag is just too much to list :D :D, but i have literally a overnight/survival kit along with all my laptop accessories, hard drivess usbs, toolk kits, cd pack, all my wires and usbs, and etc :)

    I have shortlisted the synergy:

    which looks very similar to this found at amazon but at twice the price:

    Now could someone please tell me why is there a $50 difference between two extremely similar looking backpacks??? or am i missing something here.

    and which once of these 3 are newer or older models.
