    Well with most things you buy nowadays the digital picture frame worked perfectly. but an hour later lines start flashing, and then have of the image has lines running through it. What do you guys think the issue is?

    I assume its new... I'd say assume faulty and get a warranty repair/exchange...

    Unless you had it for a while...
    Then it might be a component died... or its overheating and needs to cool off...

    It has a faulty GPU. :D

    Anyway, it's probably just defective. I had a 1TB Western Digital External Hard Drive come dead in its box. Just return it.
