For a web cam I'll throw a vote for the Logitech Quickcam Deluxe. If you have a thing bezel it can block part of the screen at the top so keep that in mind. It has a good picture and for as cheap as you can get it its a pretty good deal.

Do you want bluetooth, wireless dongle, etc. The VX nano is about as good as it gets if you don't need bluetooth(I do so I can't give direct experience) it is about as good as it gets from the reviews I have seen.

For the webcam I would highly recommend the QuickCam® Pro for Notebooks.

As for the mouse if you are gaming I recommend sticking to the Logitech G series/Razer mouse/ Microsoft sidewinder. If not gaming and wireless hit up the Logitech wireless mice as well as some microsoft mice. For most comfort I highly recommend you go to a store such as bestbuy to try out mice and see which is most comfortable for you.
