    hi

    can anyone tell me roughly how long the 4 AA batteries will last in the keyboard when its constantly on?

    Keyboards tend to go through batteries at a pretty low rate.. like 3-6 months depending on usage. The MX5000 I know has an LCD display, so I imagine that would significantly shorten the battery life... but still, I imagine it would be measured in months.

    we have had one at work for about 3 months and it has not complained about low battery yet. So I have no idea how long they will really last, but I'd guess at least 4 months with moderate usage, and maybe longer.
