i just got a nano vx not too long ago and the coating on the "back/foward" buttons is already coming off :( it seems as though the coating comes off very easily

and it hasnt happened yet, but it seems like the middle button is also coated with the black stuff and it looks like it'll be coming off anytime too

so... any other owners notice this, or is it just me?

Contact logitech, they might replace it for you.

oh awesome, thanks for the help guys. however, i bought the mouse from anitec (retail store), i'm wondering if it's still covered even though i did not buy directly from logitech?

also, it'd probably be better if i waited a little longer before sending it back.. just to wait for the coating to come off more.. but that will mean going past 2 weeks since buying the mouse.. and that is how long "anitec's" limited warranty lasts for. (of course, this wouldnt matter if it's covered by logitech)

i'm just worried that anitec won't accept it under their limited warranty, .. which might differ from logitech's.. i'm so confused about warranties, someone help please :)
