#4 has the most reviews and looks like the best IMO.

As a rule if it says 'gaming headphone' then I wont get it. ;) I'd check out something from sennheiser, something thats open, because it will most likely have a better soundstage which is whats best for gaming. But if you go to loud LAN parties then you'll want some closed headphones.

If you end up buying #4 let me know how they are. I was thinking of getting those. :p

Its all a matter of preference. open sit on the ears, let you hear outside sounds and are better for lan partys. Closed fit over the ears, are usually more comfortable, block outside noises, and are bigger to carry around.

I've heard sennheiser pc151's are good.

I've also had a few friends say these are pretty good, but to me they are ugly.

My closed Ultrasone HFI-780's are smaller than most open headphones. If they were any smaller then they wouldn't fit over your ears, at least not mine. They're so small that I'm actually considering modding some bigger pads onto them. And open can sit on the ears, or over them, same with closed.
