Logitech G9x? The G9 was smaller than the DeathAdder if I recall correctly.

Definitely not the G700 since it's more or less the same size as the DeathAdder.

You could consider the razer imperator, it is similar to Deathadder, but smaller

If you like to specifically palm-grip, check out Logitech mice. I am a mouse nerd, and would recommend that you check out the Logitech G500 or G9X.

The Logitech G500 is a palm-grip / finger-grip mouse. It has the same shape as a Logitech MX518 recommended by ViciousXUSMC, but has a better imaging sensor, a nifty little toggle-able scroll wheel, and adjustable weight cartridge. The Logitech G9X is more suitable for a finger-grip / claw-grip than a palm-grip.

Both the Logitech G500 and Logitech G9X use the Avago S9500 laser imaging sensor, which is considered by hardcore mice nerds to be the best imaging sensor you can find in a gaming mouse.

Logitech doesn't try to sucker you in with useless features like gold-plated USB connectors or glittery colored LEDs that don't help your gaming performance one bit. Logitech builds in components and features into their products that actually help you play games better like superior imaging sensors and top-notch configuration software. They don't mess around when it comes to mice.

I second the G500 recommendation, it's pretty awesome to use.
