    Four:

    Wired:

Razer DeathAdder 3500 - Light and uses 3500 dpi IR Optical and it is one of best palm-gripped mouse ever made.

Logitech G500 - Variable weights and uses the very reliable 5700 dpi Avago Laser Sensor. Also a good palm-grip mouse if you need a heavier mouse.

    Wireless:

Logitech G700 - Avago 5700 dpi Laser Sensor, great array of buttons and a fantastic grip. Great bang for your buck!

Razer Mamba - Literally the wireless version of the DeathAdder, except with a few more buttons, Philips Twin-Eye Laser and a heftier price-tag. However, some people still like this if you are a dire fan of the DeathAdder's grip style.

Heard mix reviews with the Imperator. Some say it is good, but some criticize its build quality and price. I personally used a DeathAdder and I found it for the price is pretty good. You don't always need a super high dpi to get the most out of a gaming mouse.

I'd say to stick with the DeathAdder over the Imperator on the basis of price and build quality. The G5 is also good, but it is no longer in production though. Therefore, you might need to go used if you want a G5.

    Razer Deathadder
    Logitech G500
or Steelseries Ikari Laser (my personal choice)

I wouldnt buy a mouse with a junk sensor like the Mamba or Imperator.
The Ikari Laser and Deathadder are the most comfortable mouse a palm gripper can use. But i prefer the Ikari because of its added features such as DPI on the fly switcher and a screen on the bottom surface of the mouse which lets you name your profiles and save it. Its driver support is also way better than Razers. Steelseries even calls it driverless per se (plug and play), but they have a driver and as far as i know they have never updated it, they made it bug-less at the first attempt.

However the deathadder would be a cheaper choice if you are not really as serious as me in gaming and dont need those fancy DPI and screens.

I have tried both of them and I ended liking the DA a bit better between the two for me. However, I prefer the G700 over the Mamba though for price and the quality of the laser sensor (I currently own a G700).

I think the DA is a fantastic choice for the money. I even recommend the DA Black Edition for its side rubber grips and better materials used over the regular DA. The G500 is not a shabby choice either, but it is not as comfortable as the DA and sometimes for people it is on the heavier side, but if you are a heavy gripper and like weights, the G500 is not a bad choice either.

My vote goes to the DeathAdder. It's simply one of the best palm-grip mice ever made. The most perfectly natural shape I've ever held, and perfect button placement. The optical sensor is god-tier as well, and 3,500 DPI is more than you'll ever need. I haven't tried the Black Edition, but I hear it's great.

I currently use the Mamba, which is essentially a wireless DeathAdder with a laser sensor, but I'd only get this if you can find it at a good discount.

In the end, which gaming mouse suits the best is up to you. It is like shoes or clothes. Whatever makes you personally feel great is the one you should pick. So you should use both for a while and see which one you feel is more natural to your hand grip style the best is the one you pick.

I would recommend the Logitech G500, for its adjustable weight system and the Avago S9500 sensor.

Mastershroom would recommend a Razer DeathAdder, because he has had great success with them before.

Either mouse would be an excellent choice, and you couldn't go wrong with either one. Choosing between the two is like choosing between a Ferrari vs. Lamborghini.
