    i remain convinced that the lagging subwoofer from the last thread was a hallucination from staying up way too late. regardless, here is my next problem.

    i have this setup:

    i am running vista x64
    i own:

    i am doing everything i can think of to make sound come out of the center and rear speakers, but no matter what I do it stays on 2.1

    please please please put down some suggestions!

    Generally there is some software that help with configuring a 5.1 output.

    List some detail.
