I just opened my new z 2300s and started them up. The problem is when turn the volume at all the right speaker gets crackley, and wont emit any sound until I slightly adjust the volume knob, so has ne one had this problem, or know who I should get a hold of?

I have the Z-2300s and they do NOT have this problem. Neither do my friend's Z-2300s. It seems like your speaker is torn or broken. Return it from where you purchased it and get a new set.

Ok, maybe the connection to your computer was loose or something.

I hope you enjoy the speakers as much as I do because they are amazing!!
