    I'd personally suggest anything from Sennheiser. I personally like thier PX100($40 on newegg) But they are open can so that means you can hear sounds from the outside world and people can most likely hear your music. They have a similiar pair(same cans different band style) called the PMX100 which cost $30. I am 100% sure that you cannot beat the sound quality of these headphones without spending more money.
