Have you updated the firmware/drivers to the latest versions?

What kind of surface are you using the mouse on? A bare desk (wood, metal, glass, marble, etc.) or a mouse pad (soft, hard, plastic, metal, cloth)?

What is your "cursor speed" setting in Windows and what DPI is the mouse set to use?

Did you check the bottom of the mouse to make sure the sensor is clean?

Has it always done this or has it just started happening recently?

My razer naga did this. I fixed it by cleaning the dust on my mousepad(razer kabuto) and decreasing the dpi from 5600 & low motion speed(windows mouse setting) to 1200 dpi and higher motion speed.
