Normally a true bluetooth mouse will work with your laptop's internal bluetooth. However a usb wirless mouse requires some sort of USB dongle or USB attatched wireless transmitter to work. A wireless optical mouse just means that you have an optical mouse which does not have to be corded to your computer, it could work via usb dongle or wireless transmitter or bluetooth.
