    which is it that hooks into the back of the notebook the u can hook it to the tv thru av jacks and whats it called where can i get off line

    Well, I had some difficulty understanding your post, but the S-video port is the circular port - you need a S-video to S-video cable to connect to a TV or projector. They don't cost that much.

    The TV should have an S-video port somewhere along it. You just plug one end into your notebook, the other into the TV, switch over...and there you go.

    i know as u stated in that pm awhile back one of my old teaches had 1 that hooked in to his comp and swapped to av tho mite have hooked in diff port than s-vid tho
